Terms

X Limousine by Regent X Group, UEN 53487755M. These terms cover quote requests made on mrxlimousine.com. Questions: [email protected].

Quotes

Fares are not published. A quote is for the trip you describe. It becomes a booking only when we confirm it. Sending the form, a WhatsApp message or an email does not by itself reserve a car.

Where we drive

Trips are in Singapore. Airport transfers are at Changi Airport only. Please give an accurate pickup, drop-off, time and passenger count so the quote matches the trip.

Drivers and timing

Drivers hold an LTA vocational licence. We aim to reply within 30 minutes, at any hour, and to have the driver there 15 minutes before the pickup time we agree.

Waiting and cancellation

Waiting time and cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote. They are not set out as a general rule on this website.

The website

The fleet descriptions are a guide. We confirm the vehicle when we confirm the quote. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
